Bernard HUGHES Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 25, 2012.
HUGHES
(Bernard Charles):
Passed away peacefully (but not without a fight) on 23.1.2012 at the Murdoch Hospice. Dearly loved husband of Lois, proud and loving father of Susan, Lynette, Stephen and Philip and father-in-law to Peter, Julie and Susan. Beloved Grandad to Luke, Emma, Jordan and Taylor and their partners Chanel, Andrew and Emma, great Grandad to Kaylee, Lucy, Priya and Maya.
Completely committed to his family and a big influence on all our lives. Death leaves a heartache no-one can heal,
Love leaves a memory no-one can steal.
Forever in our hearts

You spent many hours of your life organising us - as only you could do - with family holidays, crabbing, lazy afternoons on the river at Furni and travelling miles to watch your grandkids play sport... all moments that are sadly now only memories but will be with us for ever.
We are immensely proud and thankful for the commitment, support and dedication you have given to us, and will be forever grateful that you were part of our lives.
Hopefully they will have a cold beer waiting for you in heaven., and if not .. I'm sure you can organise it!!!!
We love you and are so sad that you have gone.
