Mr. Ahlstrom was a client of ours who became to be a good friend. He always apologized for what he thought to be an intrusion, but we felt differently because of his stories and his attention to detail. We as I am sure many will miss him. On behalf of RCS Designs and Stewart Agency our prayers are with your family. Bob Stewart

Carl Ahlstrom and I shared many interests beginning even before we both went to WPI (Worcester Tech) (his mother was my father's sister).
At Worcester Tech I had the chance to meet you, Ruth, (and your sister) so we have had many years of friendship. We have not been in close touch, however, since I have worked on the west coast for 40 years (also at GE). When Carl became interested in genealogy I helped with a few more names of ancestors and current relatives in Sweden. I am sorry to lose a good cousin and Janke and I extend our deepest sympathy to you, Ruth.

Carl and I shared many memories of our years working together to satisfy customer needs for GE tube products since the early 70s. During our retirement years, we met several times with our wives in NH and KS and treasure the memories of those special visits. Both Carl and Ruth will be remembered in our prayers..our hearts go out to their loving family.

My heart aches as I have fond memories of my Uncle Carl. His legacy is his success with family, friendships and his profession. He is sorely missed.

Ruth - I had the pleasure to have served with Carl in the GE Power Tube Depatment in the early 1960's period. He was a great man. I am sorry that we did not get together again.
