Carral Butterworth Obituary
Mr. Butterworth was born May 5, 1938 in Canton, GA, son of the late James Wallace Butterworth and the late Minnie Iola Johnson Butterworth. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Butterworth was preceded in death by a son, Jefferson J. Butterworth and brothers and sisters, Joseph Douglas Butterworth, Betty Ann Conner, James Leon Butterworth, Melinda Nell McDaniel and Marsha Lucille Buice.
Survivors include his daughter, Carissa Butterworth of Locust Grove; sisters, Elizabeth Butterworth of Covington, Jane Ridgway of Brooks and Pat Curlee of Albany; granddaughter, Ashley A. Butterworth of Kentucky; great-grandson, Josiah W. Butterworth of Kentucky, mother of his children, Sandra T. Butterworth of Locust Grove; special friends, Kimberly Ballard Martinez, Carlos Suarez, Jeff Stephenson and caregivers, Stacy Suarez and Tim Ellis. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Carral Wayne Butterworth will be held Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Westwood Mausoleum. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Randy Howell, Terry McDaniel, Jack "Zero" Ridgway, John Ridgway, Tim Ellis, Mark Ellis, Keith Ellis and Carlos Suarez.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Vista Care Hospice, 242 O'Dell Rd., Unit 4, Griffin, GA 30224 in memory of Mr. Butterworth.

I am so sorry for your loss!! I know you don't know me personally but Wayne was a good friend of my mothers Willa Wagoner! I know she as well will deeply miss her dear friend!! He had known me since I was a baby!! I know he is in heaven looking down on all his family and friends that loved and adored him dearly!! May our Lord be with you during this time of grief!!
