My sincere condolences to the Family of Cliff Cherrier.

I have lived next to Cliff for over 5 years now. I think it's a testament to Cliff's gentle nature and soft demeanor that we became socialable neighbors - and then friends.

I'm truly saddened and sorry to see him go. I know I, like others, will miss him.

I had met Cliff about 2 years ago. He always had some funny story to tell me. Cliff always walked into my office with a smile and we would chat about the weather. If it was warm, Cliff was happy because he sure didn't like being cold! I always had the hottest of hot packs reserved for him and I think that was his favorite part of the visit(Hot packs were part of his therapy).
He always gave me a good laugh and I will miss seeing him. He was a special guy! Thanks Cliff, for all of the smiles and the warmth you brought to our office. We mill miss you lots. You can be in the warm sun as much as you'd like now. Relax and rest my friend!

Cliff and I have worked together for over 20 years. He was a very passionate, reliable, and articulate First Aid/CPR instructor. I’ve always enjoyed hearing about Cliff’s warm vacation get aways. His smiling face will be missed. I wish him peace and happiness as he begins his eternal journey. May your family find peace & comfort in all the fond memories that you have of "Cliff" aka Officer Cherrier.

I have known Cliff for about 20 years as I was a Reserve Police Officer with Golden Valley and Edina where we shared many details together. He was the Greatest...a gentleman with a sense of humor. I know he is in a better place but I truely miss himand hopefully we will meet again to enjoy each others company. Rest in peace Cliff...until then with much love.

Cliff always was enthusiastic about his work and about the relationships he had with coworkers. He was always upbeat and optimistic. He took his work very seriously and was always willing to put forth that extra effort.
Cliff was a warm and friendly person. Those whom were lucky enough to know and spend time with him will always remember those admirable traits.
I offer Cliff's entire family my condolences during this difficult time.

To the family of Cliff Cherrier:
My condolences.

I worked with Cliff as an instructor for first aid and CPR at the Shakopee facility. There are very few people that approach any subject matter with the attitude that Cliff did. It was a pleasure working with him. I will never forget how his attitude has changed the way many will approach their next challenge.
