Clinton Gordon Obituary
A native of Henderson county, he was a son of the late Ulyess and Margaret Dermid Gordon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Wayne, Daniel, and Michael Gordon.
Clinton was a very charismatic person with a true passion and talent of the musical arts. He taught himself the guitar, organ, harp, and many other musical instruments.
Surviving are his children, Nicole A. Sheaman and her husband, John, of Hendersonville, Clinton C. Gordon and his wife, Malissa, of Flat Rock, and Kenneth S. Gordon and his wife, Brandy, of Hendersonville; siblings, Jenny Ruff and her husband, Lee, of Hendersonville, Dolores Turpin and her husband, Vincent, of Green River, Inez McGuiness of Waynesville, Benjamin Gordon of Hendersonville, and Crystal Coutour and her husband, Rene, of Lumberton, and six wonderful grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Double Springs Baptist Church on Old 25 South in Tuxedo.

My best friend Clint who I miss and love SOOOOOOO much! I will never ever forget your jokes, your smile and your laughs, and how you loved life, your strength in life, and most of all, your LOVE and kindness and your charity to help others with a willing and loving heart! My best friend was an AWESOME father who loved his children and grandchildren SOOOOOOO much!! I thank GOD for letting us come together, for you were a wonderful and beautiful blessing in mine and my children's lives!!! I will miss your jokes, your visits and your phone calls and how you make me laugh so hard till my stomach would hurt!! I will never forget you and me talking and teaching each other in GOD'S and Jesus word! I LOVE AND MISS YOU CLINT!!!!! I pray that GOD will let you visit me in my dreams!!You Rest in Peace until we meet again in heaven!! We WILL Love You Always Clint!! Love your best friend Jackie!!
