Mr. Dana Hugh Gillespie, age 68, a resident of West Point, TN passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017 at NHC Pulaski.
Born on April 7, 1949 in Lawrence County, TN, Dana was the son of the late Clyde Gillespie and Opal Weathers Gillespie. He served his country in the United States Army and worked as a self employed electrician. Dana enjoyed working on computers.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Martin Gillespie; three step-sons; brother, Barry (Emily) Gillespie of Loretto, TN; special cousin: Dale (Teresa) Weathers of Five Points, TN; nieces: Rachel Provins of Loretto and Rebecca Lancaster of Shelbyville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Dorris Faye Gillespie.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
