Douglas Robert Jacobson

Douglas Robert Jacobson, age 52 of Clarksville, TN, passed away on August 2, 2012.

Doug graduated from Arcadia High School in Phoenix in 1978, and from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff with a degree in Communications in 1982. He served his country in the Army from 1984 to 1988, including a tour of duty in Europe. He was discharged at Ft. Campbell, KY and settled in nearby Clarksville, where he met and married Rose Tilson.

Doug was preceded in death by his father, his wife and his step-father, John McCleary.

He is survived by his mother, Marcia McCleary of Carmel, CA; sister, Laura Sherwood (Matthew) of Albuquerque, NM; brothers, Paul Jacobson (Paula McClain) of Durham, NC and Donald Jacobson (Roxane) of Flagstaff, AZ. He will be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Doug's life will be held in Scottsdale, AZ.
