Elizabeth Marie Flaman

FLAMAN-Elizabeth Marie was born on February 16, 1914 in Kronsberg, SK to Edward and Rose Exner. She passed away on Friday, November 04, 2005 at the age of 91 years with her family by her side. Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband, Ferdinand "Fernie"; parents, Edward and Rose; sons, Leonard, Wilfred; daughter, Mildred Knapp. Elizabeth leaves to mourn, daughters, Rose of Regina; Sharon (Dave) Senft; grandchildren, Tim & Sabrena Senft of Regina; sister-in-laws, Kay Exner and Dolorers Exner, also many nieces, nephews and friends. In her younger years she worked at several farms in the Indian head district. While working in Regina she met Fernie Flaman they married in 1942 and went to live on the farm at Southey. In the 50's they begun coming to Regina for the winter and returned to the farm in the summers. In 1967 she moved to her present home. She worked for the Dept. of Health for 10 years and then retired. Lizzie enjoyed gardening and visiting family, that meant a lot to her, especially her grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 from St. Charles R.C. Parish with father Peter Nwanekezie as celebrant. The Graveside Service will take place at 2:30 p.m. from the Southey Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a Charity of Choice. Paragon Funeral Services entrusted with arrangements. 359-7776
