Frank Gallegos

Frank Gallegos, 78 of Clovis, NM died Thursday, September 11, 2014, at Plains Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family.
Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, September 15, 2014, at Muffley Funeral Home Chapel, 1430 Thornton. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Logan, NM with Father Hyginus Anuta officiating. Burial will follow at Logan Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Bonney Jr., Joby Padilla, Phillip Varela, Troy Moralez, Corey Moralez, and Michael Garcia. Honorary pallbearers will be Leroy Gallegos, David Thompson, Michelle Garcia, and Junior Vigil. Frank was born February 17, 1936, to Alfonso and Tomasita (Vigil) Gallegos in Logan, NM. He married Mary Helen Moralez November 21, 1960, in Tucumcari, NM and they came to Clovis in 1970. Frank enjoyed watching college and pro football. He was an avid 49ners fan.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Helen Gallegos of the home; four children, Edward Gallegos of Santa Fe, NM, Delilah (James) Clokey of Santa Fe, NM, Alfonso (Amelia) Gallegos of Clovis, NM, and Angelique Gallegos of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Corina Armijo of Tucumcari, NM; 13 grandchildren, Jana (Ronnie Jr.), Ashley (Joby), Raquel (Phillip), Janell, Christopher (Melissa), Marissa, Brieana, Victoria, A.J., Skylar, Destiny, Jason, and Linda; 11 great-grandchildren; and special friends, Mr. and Mrs. David Thompson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and a nephew, Harold Gallegos.
