DR. GEOFFREY Ph.D.
Dr. Geoffrey Levine died peacefully on 12/12/06 at the age of 64 years old from pancreatic cancer. Geoffrey is survived by his three beautiful adult daughters: Julie (Anthony) Kennedy, Pgh., PA., Karen (Shawn) O'Brien L.A., CA., and Lisa Levine Prescott, AZ. Geoffrey was also the Grandfather of Jordana Kennedy. It should also be noted that he was survived by his loving companion, Eileen Gilbert, who chose to take on the care giving role when Geoffrey became extremely ill. Geoffrey was a Nuclear Pharmacist with UPMC, and a pioneer in the field of cancer research. Friends, family and well-wishers are asked to join together at The Homewood Cemetery, "Quiet Reflections Hall" at 1599 South Dallas Avenue, Pgh., PA 15217 (412) 421-1822 on Tuesday 12/19/06 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm for a Memorial Service. Following the Memorial Service, everyone will be invited to join together at Eileen Gilbert's home to celebrate Geoffrey's life. Donations can be made to Family Hospice in Geoffrey Levine's name 1-800-513-2148.

I am so grateful I was looking through discarded papers for something else, and happened upon the sad news about one of the nicest men I remember from my days of Forum seminars. Geoff was always friendly, warm, and kind; one of his gifts was that I always felt comfortable in his presence...I don't remember everyone I haven't seen in over ten years this well!! Please accept my condolences on this loss. Your love and care for Geoff must have been very meaningful and healing to him. Julie, Karen, Lisa, Eileen, and your families, I'm sorry for your loss. I might have tried to call, but I didn't know if Eileen was the 'E. Gilbert' listed in the Forest Hills area. Feel free to send a message and know that my thoughts are with you all...and my thoughts of Geoff are happy ones. I'm sure he touched many more people than myself.
