Glen Lee Bowers, 58, of Santee died April 22. He was born in Elkins, W.Va., and was a programmer analyst for the University of California San Diego. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Shepherd; parents, George Shoemaker and Charlotte Hendrick; half sisters, Carol, Sharon and Suzie; and half brothers, Thomas, Rick and Steven.
Services: 1 p.m. tomorrow, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Memorial Drive, Point Loma.
Inurnment: 1 p.m. tomorrow at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
Arrangements: Neptune Society.
