Harold Halldorson

HALLDORSON- It is with deepest sorrow that the family of Harold Halldorson announce his passing on September 8, 2006 at the age of 98 years at St. Peter's Hospital in Melville. Predeceased by his wife Clara in 1998, his father Bjorn in 1967, his mother Jonina in 1988, his daughter Marina in 1987 his grandson Brian, his brothers Ted, Barnie, Ernest and Percy and his sisters Bjorg, Margaret and June. Harold is survived by his sisters, Christine Arksey of Portage La Prairie, MB and Pearl Forsley of Neepawa, MB; by his children: Audrey Emkeit of Regina, SK, Harold of Fort Nelson, BC, Sandra (Jim) Pulles of Regina, SK, Faye (Blair) Huber of Cold Lake, AB and Shelley (Garry) Cherney of Melville, SK. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Melville. Interment will take place in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Saskatoon on Thursday, September 14, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Home Foundation in Melville or to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
