Korean War Veteran
Beloved wife of Captain John Baldock, dear Mother of Nancy Powers (Doug), Jane Traynor (Tom) and Michael Baldock (Debbie) of Calgary. Grandmother of Chantal, Shaun, Jason, Matthew, Andrew, Nicholas, Emily, Branden, Karissa, Cameron, Rachel & Lewis; Great-Grandmother of Quinn, John, Tristan, Kaylee, Myles, Anakin, Alexander, Noah and Andrew. Dear cousin of Margaret Montgomery and Sister Nancy Tallmire CND, and many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by her Mother and Father Edna Noonan and Robert Morrison, her brothers Ralph, Robert, Alden and Arthur. She is survived by her sister Elenor T. Kingsmill of Vancouver, B.C. Helen served with the Canadian Red Cross in Canada, Japan and Korea in the 1950's.
Visitation at Beechwood National Memorial Center, 280 Beechwood Avenue Ottawa, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, January 4th, 2013. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Resurrection of Our Lord Roman Catholic Parish, 1940 Saunderson Dr., Ottawa on Saturday, January 5th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Burial of ashes to take place at the National Military Cemetery at a later date.
