HELEN M. NOVAK, (nee Yezerski), age 95. Beloved wife of the late Leonard J.; loving mother of Ronald (Donna), Carol Wolf (Donald), James (deceased) (Katherine), Lori Kosuda (James), and Shelley Svoboda (Mark); cherished grandmother of Debbie, Ronnie, Neal, Adam, Samantha, Rachel, Daniel, Emily, Nicholas, and Alexander; devoted great-grandmother of many; dear sister of John Yezerski (deceased). A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, December 7, at St. Monica Church, 13623 Rockside Rd., Garfield Hts., at 10:00 AM. Please meet at church. Private interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
