It's hard to believe it's been 6 years. Remembering you fills me with laughter and tears.
You were such a kind man with a giving heart. Either helping all your neighbors or collecting carts.
Coffee and jokes at A@W, I know they miss you, I sure do. There is so much that I have to say about you.
But for now, from our family and friends, WE LOVE AND MISS YOU. XOXOXO
Love Tootsie Bell (aka Lisa)

Thinking of all the Noas who have to learn to live with the void left with Mr Noa's passing. Try to take comfort in knowing that the loss and grief we feel when special people leave us is there because the person was so important. Think of it, if you can, as a reminder of how fortunate we were to have had them in our lives. My thoughts, love and care are with you at this time and always.

Howard you taught me so much about the value in volunteering, the passion you had for helping others was remarkable. I will never forget our last lunch together! Your stories of the war and sharing with me your journey is something i will hold dearly to my heart. Our Adopt-a-Block events will not be the same without you and your great jokes!!
Bette, the Adopt-a-Block family is sending you all our thoughts and prayers to help lift you through this time. May you find comfort and peace knowing he is out of pain and in a great place, looking over us all... (Probably telling us to pickup the carts...)What a wonderful man!

In commemoration of our dear friend Howard, whom we miss so much, the hearts of so many at Mission Adopt-A-Block hold enduring feelings of warmth, of that special love and friendship that is so uplifting to our community … and never-ending gratitude. Sending all of his loved ones our thoughts of peace and courage and prayers for comfort. We envision the love of God enfolding you during your journey through grief … that whenever you think of this special loved one, of this beautiful soul now in Spirit, you will be warmed and comforted by his enduring love and wonderful spirit ~ and always by the Love of God.
