Ian Schubert Obituary
1978 - 2013
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ian Erik Schubert. He joined our heavenly father unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 27th 2013. Ian was born in Lake Havasu, Arizona on December 29th 1978. He grew up in Apple Valley California prior to moving to Santa Barbara.
Ian was a very giving man who was always doing for others. He was known to feed the homeless and would give them the shirt off his back. He did this more often than most were aware of. In lieu of flowers we ask that you do the same in his honor.
Ian is survived by his mother and father, Richard and Elaine Schubert, his sister's, Summer and Ali Schubert, his nephew's, Jordan and Jared Schubert and his girlfriend Emily.
His family and friends will miss Ian greatly, but will look forward to being reunited with him in Heaven.
A memorial will be held Friday, December 6th at Calvary Chapel Santa Barbara, 1 North Calle Cesar Chavez, Suite 21, Santa Barbara, CA 93103 at 2:00 pm.

Ian was a big kid! and a good friend and roomate at new creations in christ ,neverthe less he was saved and ill be his roomate again in heaven,he will be missed

Elaine, My heart is crying with yours at the sadness in your lives. I pray that the Lord of Comfort rest upon all of you. May Peace walk with all of you during this tragic time and that Love covers you during the healing.
