We continue to be blessed, Dad, and know that you are with us in Spirit. Your birthday—a perfect day in San Diego yesterday—provided a glorious setting for your memorial service at Fort Rosecrans and for the Celebration of Life gathering afterwards at home! Many friends and family came to share their loving thoughts and memories of you. Words cannot describe the impact that your love, gentle nature, generosity, humility, sensitivity, and wisdom had on all of us, Dad! We know you'll enjoy the view from your new perch. You always wanted to fly! Ahhh, the Wilderness is paradise enow... xoxooxoxoxo We love and miss you! Always and Forever, your baby, KLM

Popie, i will miss you very much but i would like to thank you for all of the wonderful memories you have given to me. From catching me in your bear trap, to "eating" my amazing dishes i would make in our cafe. You were a great grandfather and you will be dearly missed. I love you for ever and all ways.

Uncle Mark I can not even begin to express what a positive impact you had on me. You were a true example of what every man should be. I will miss you.

Dad, I will remember everything you taught me and miss you every day. I will try to make you proud of me as I walk in the footsteps that may be too large to fill. I know that you are looking down on us from above. We will take good care of Mom. Love you, Pappalaroni.........Lisa Rachel
