Went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2017, son of the late Norman and Marjorie Grout.
Beloved husband of Jean Grout (Taylor). Step-father of Jennifer Rhodes.
James served our country in the US Army. He was a Vietnam War Veteran. He retired from Harrison's Radiator after many years of service. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family.
Also survived by his siblings Hope Peter (Wayne), Karen Henry (Bruce), William Grout (Mary). Predeceased by his brother Norman Grout. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the convince of the family. If desired memorial may be made to Mercy Flight of WNY 100 Amherst Villa Rd, Buffalo, NY 14225 or Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Drive Lockport, NY 14094-1231.

One of my favorite memories of being a little kid is of watching movies and MTV with you and Uncle Jim. Seeing his picture on this page brought it all back to me. I am sorry for your loss.
