Janet Snider Obituary
Howell High School in 1984. She married Kurt Snider shortly after high school and they had two children together: Ethan and Kolton. Janet helped found the family's business, and also attended three years of college at Marquette University.
In 2016, Janet relocated to Natick, MA.
Janet was active in the Unitarian Universalist of Sherborn, MA. She attended online gratitude groups daily with her friends and supported the LGBTQ youth community. She was also active in the social justice movement. Janet loved to crochet and knit and in the summer, went swimming with her friends daily. Janet is survived by her children: Kolton and Ethan.
A memorial service will be held at the Sherborn Unitarian Church on May 21st at 11am. Live stream is available at the time of the service at http://www.uuac.org

I could not have asked for a better friend. This is a great loss! Janet's biggest attribute was being able to see the greatness in others when they couldn't see it for themselves. To Kolton and Ethan no mother ever loved their children more! She was so incredibly proud of you both. Don't forget that.

Janet was a true conveyor of optimism, no matter what the challenge, she remained grounded in basic philosophy which made being around her a pleasure. I am honored and grateful to have known her and will always remember her as a touching point for complex problems or simple answers. A good friend who will be missed my so many.

A true dear friend that spread warmth and cheery optimism despite her very challenging circumstances. A loving devoted mom. I will miss her caring listening ear and practical advice, not to mention her infectious laugh and radio voice.
