John was my friend and my brother. He was one of the best guys I ever knew. He IS the reason I am who and what I am today. He and Guido helped me when I was in my darkest hour. Without them I would not be here. John was the kindest and most sincere person ever, when he set his mind to something it was mastered. I will truly miss my friend. God must have needed him for something bigger than we can ever know.
My prayers to Guido, Frank and the rest of his family and friends.
God speed and with love my brother.

I was a client of John's a few years ago for a workers compensation case. I think John was the most dedicated, compassionate advocate for union men I have ever met. He scared the competition as soon as he walked in the room when we met for my case. I knew I'd picked the right guy. I hope the peace of God comes to John's family and his friends. He will be greatly missed by the members of Local 249 and myself. God bless you Mr.D, there has never been a better compensation attorney.

I was sadddened by this news. He was a really nice man and good friend to my dad. I had the pleasure of going to Del's for lunch and to a Steelers game with him and my dad in 2001. Years later I cannot forget what a nice time we had.

Also, II will cherish a cd he made for me with Italian opera music . I have nothing but wonderful thoughts of John. Julianne Hagmann. UPMC Pulmonary Rehab

My condolences to John's family and Barb on his passing. He was a good man. He fought the good fight and he can now rest with the Lord. It is always hardest for those left behind. Take heart in Paul's words in 2 Corinthians 4, 16-18 : 16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

To the DeAngelis Family, especially the Judge. I send you my deepest sympathy. You have made many evenings satisfying for me while I attended Point Park University. Though you were a judge you never seemed to judge me, and I had a dark period in my life. You respected my views and seemed to appreciate my presence. I am forever grateful. Regina Mollett
