June 15, 2002

My condolences to Jack's family. I went through 12 years of Beaver Falls schools with Jack.(St. Mary's, Public Jr. High and BF High school.) Jack was a cheerful child, a noble acquaintance. After high school I worked with Columbia Gas and was transferred to Pittsburgh's General office. I am sorry to say that many times I intended to renew old acquaintances, especially those persons that I admired, Jack was one of them. Now, at the age of 84 I regret that I didn't make contact when I was able. I will pray for Jack. I am sure I must have missed the chance to enjoy his charismatic adulthood. My sympathy to the family.
