Dear Children of Kathleen,

You are in my heart and prayers at this difficult time. Your mother was a wonderful woman, full of love and hope and God knows how much she LOVED all of her children and grandchildren!
I have dementia now and my daughter is helping me write this to you. My daughter showed me Kathleen's picture and I recognized her wonderful smile right away and her beautiful eyes. We took your Mom out for a nice lunch and a nice ride on 6A a few weeks after your Dad passed. I am so sad right now for all of you.
God Bless,
With love and prayers,
Elaine Karath( Nancy Merlington's Mum).

Message to My Godfather/cousin Bill:

Kathleen was so care-free and lovely. It is so shocking that within a very short time, your family has gone to a better place. I love all of you, and hope we can get together soon. I will visit next time I come to Massachusetts. Kathleen was a treasure. I will light a candle for her at San Xavier Mission on the Tohone O'Odham Indian Reservation.

God Bless all of the Durgin, Doubleday, & Roeger families.

-Love Cathy

Dear Jim and Family...So sorry to read about your Mom's passing...I had talked to her, when your Dad passed and we had planned on getting together, when I returned to the Cape. She was a great gal...We had alot of fun in Kennebunk and then when I moved to Truro, we got together for a quick visit...Again, I'm sorry...Marge Bouchard McGrath
