Kathleen Ann Whittaker

Kathleen Whittaker, age 74, went home to Jesus after fighting an extended illness. She died peacefully in the loving presence of her husband of 44 years and several of her sisters in her home in The Villages, Florida. She is survived by her husband John and several siblings including sisters Sherry Zellers (Dave) Winter Haven Fl, Donna Boswell (Clancy) Villages, Fl, Michelle Lynch, Winter Haven Fl, Andrea Comfort (Mike) Binghamton, New York, Christine Lavato, Charlotte North Carolina, Nanette Edwards, Clermont Fl, and brothers Michael Lynch Lynn Mass. , Mark Lynch (Lori) Lakeland Fl. She has two daughters; Adine Bouhton ( Mike) Endicott New York, Rene Morris (Bob) Lisle New York, two step daughters; Catherine Braswell ( Bill) Auburndale Fl, Joanne Whittaker Winter Haven Fl. Her extended family includes seven grandchildren; Tyson Dunlap ( Kaitlyn), Kyle Morris ( Mindy), Melinda Kalogridis (Matt), Lauren Kalogridis, Tony Kalogridis, Jacob Kalogridis and Stephen Kalogridis. Also five great grandchildren; Connor Kalogridis, Kamryn Dunlap, Ethan Kalogridis, Everett Kalogridis, and Cameron Morris. Kathy was very much involved in church activities where she taught children's chapel and volunteered in the church office at Christ The King Anglican in Ocala Fl. She was also involved in youth group activities. Kathy worked many Kairos Prison ministry weekends with her husband and participated in numerous Episcopal Cursillo weekends.
