DOWSE (Ken ): Our Dad, best mate and Poppy. We have treasured time spent with you over the years. So many enduring memories of your humility, independence, stoicism and wry sense of humour; your gentle love of family and enduring devotion to Lorna; your amazing inventiveness in repairing and re-purposing all manner of objects; the compelling stories of your (mis)adventurous past; your surprising late-life embrace of cooking and the digital age; and your expertise and unbridled enthusiasm for fishing. You taught us much and enriched our lives beyond measure.
Loving farewell from Gary, Tammy, Lotte, Caitlin, Mokha and the fish.

We love you and miss you.
Thankyou for all the good times and adventures. You were a great Dad and an awesome Poppy. The boys will continue the legacy of your hunting and fishing exploits. Love always Debra, Simon, Scotty, Bob and Casey.

DOWSE (Ken ): 9.6.1927 to 11.9.2018; of Maroubra, Harvey and Kalbarri. Passed away peacefully in Geraldton. Devoted husband of Lorna (dec); adored father of Gary, Judith and Debra; esteemed father-in-law of Scott, Simon and Tammy; beloved Poppy of Ellen, Angus, Rohan, Geoffrey, Scotty, Bob, Lotte and Caitlin. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ken's magnificent 91 years at Pelican's Cafe in Kalbarri at 11am Sunday 16 Sept. A life well lived.
