KENNETH B. GREEN, age 77, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2002. He was born in Tyler, Texas on December 17, 1924 to Myrtle Sue and William N. Green. He lived in Tyler, Texas for most of his life. He married Madalene Hicks on August 17, 1950 in El Paso, Texas. After leaving Seminary, he and his wife followed the Lord's work to Arkansas then to New Mexico. He loved his church work and fellowship with others, as choir director he loved to raise his voice of the glory of his Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle Sue and Bill Green; his loving wife, Madalene; his sister, Novis Garner; brother, Collis Hayes; two step sisters, Hazel Tunnel and Helen Check. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son and daughter-in-law, Duke B. and Cindy Green of Gillette, WY; his daughter and son-in-law, Gayle Ann and Jimmy Knight of Broken Bow, OK; five grandchildren, Jason David Green, Melanie June Green, Jessica De Ann Knight, Wesley Gordon Knight, Monique Danielle Knight; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Willie Mae and George Keener of Houston, TX; niece, Kay and Jeffrey and son Ray; nephew, Kevin and Michelle Keener and daughter Jocelyn; special friend Helen Ponder and many friends and associates. Funeral services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2002. Mr. Green will be laid to rest next to his wife Madalene in Tuscola, Texas on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
