Kim, you were a wonderful person and nurse.  The moment I first met you, I knew you were going to be a very good and positive diabetes educator for me (I'd had others who were not).  You were very dedicated to your patients above and beyond your duties. You are irreplaceable....and will be missed by all of us.   
Rest in God's hands, Kim, and know you are loved by many.  I'll be keeping you in my prayers, always.  I pray, too, for your family...God grant them comfort and peace.
