Dear Family,
We fondly remember Len's wonderful wisdom and appreciate his focus on student success and support as a member of the Colorado Community College System Foundation Board. HIs legacy lives on in the lives of those students, and in the example lived by Ed and Nancy in their service to others.

While I knew Leonard for many years, we first got to work together with former Senator Hank Brown as a committee of three. We were charged by the DRCOG board with reporting back to them on the positives of Metro governance. They were two of the most thoughtful and firm folks I'd had the pleasure of teaming with. While many of my involvements with DRCOG were staff-driven, we three often stood strong in our opinions. Our
metro is better for that tenaciousness. Rest in peace, dear friend.

A business genius, incredibly generous philanthropist,quick mind,quick but gently witted, knew and embraced every part of Colorado, a fierce tennis opponent, an employer concerned about the welfare of his employees, so well read, a patron of classical music presentations, all of his dogs loved him, a loyal friend,an unlimited love of family, he never gave in or quit the battle, he will be irreplaceable and terribly missed but never forgotten. Thanks for sharing your life with me.
