LOIS MARGARET LUTHER
Age 90, of Vandergrift, PA, formerly of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Charles Albert Orbell, Jr.; cherished sister of Evelyn Luther Farrell; loving mother of Deborah Lynn Orbell (Stephen) Freligh, Charles Albert Orbell III, and Mark Luther (Patrice) Orbell; devoted grandmother of Sarah Michelle (Michael) Taylor, Charles Bradley and Jonathan Bradley Freligh, and Caralynn O'Neill Orbell; great- grandmother of Olivia Skye and Camilla Raye Taylor; sister-in-law to Jean (David) Chester, Janet (Lou) Neilson, and Rosemarie (James) Orbell. A graduate of Bucknell University, Pi Beta Phi, social worker, pianist, organist, and choir member at the Pleasant Hills Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills. Funeral Service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church, 199 Old Clairton Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org/locations/erie. Condolences may be shared online at:

Dear Deb,Chuck, and Mark,
So very sorry to read of your Mom's passing. Please know that Susan were planning to come to pay our respects on Friday. I had a fall that landed me in the ER. So we could not come Friday or Saturday. Bill and I enjoyed your parent's company many times. Lois accompanied me on a few occasions when I used to solo. She was a very sweet and accomplished lady.
