Arma, Louis F., of Boca Raton passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2005 while surrounded by his family and friends. Born in New York, NY he lived in New Jersey before moving to South Florida in 1976. He had a degree in electrical engineering from CCNY. He designed the first portable television while employed by Gotham Television. He also designed televisions for Emerson TV & Radio for 19 years. For the next 30 years, he was a meat importer alongside his brother, Frank and nephew, Bill. Mr. Arma was a lifetime member of the Coral Springs Country Club and was an avid golfer. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Irene; his loving daughters, Stephanie Kraft (Mitch) and Valerie Oehrke (John); his beloved grand children, Kim, Kelsey, and Zack; his beloved brother, Frank Arma (Kathy); as well as many nieces and nephews. A 10:30 am Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 13th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Coral Springs (954) 753-8960.

Lou was a wonderful friend and a longtime member of our Deerfield Beach Computer Club. All of us in the club send our heartfelt condolences to the whole family. Our thoughts are with you all at this sad moment in your lives.
