Maria Dluga Obituary
DLUGA, Maria (nee Hajnos), 93 of Waldwick, passed away Tuesday, April 4th, 2017. Born in Podcerwone, Poland, she came to the United States in 1961, lived in Passaic and Garfield before moving to Waldwick. Prior to her retirement she was a Seamstress for J.H. Ehrenberg & Company in Passaic, and was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka R.C. Church in Garfield, and a member of the Polish Roman Catholic Union of America. Maria was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Dluga, devoted mother of John Dluga, and his wife Lorraine, of Clarence Center, NY, Anne Towfighi, and her husband Jeff, of Davie, FL, and Halena Dischino, and her husband Kirk, of Waldwick, loving grandmother of Kevin, Erica, Afshawn, Evan, Jason, and David, and dear sister of the late Anna Szczypta. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral Friday, 9:30 AM, from the Kamienski Funeral Home, 207Ray Street, Garfield, and 10:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Kostka R.C. Church, Garfield. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Thursday afternoon 3-5 PM ONlY. Visit kamienskifuneralhomes.com
