Dear Beth,
I was sorry to learn of Mark's passing. I read it in the newspaper, and wanted to let you know I was thinking of you. I sent a sympathy card, but we have lost touch over the years, and I am not sure if I had the right address. I think of the old days when our children were young and how much fun our families had together. It's not fair to have our children or grandchildren go before us, we always plan to go first. I have had three grandchildren precede me in death, all tragically and I draw comfort knowing that Rex is there with them. Oh how I have missed him these past 5 years. Fortunately I have two daughters that live close by and help me. Your family will be in my prayers and I hope that you receive comfort during this difficult time.

May the Good Lord's grace and love comfort all of Mark's family at this time. Mark was such a great friend to me and my family. We had many great times and we will always have those memories with us. I was honoured when Mark asked me to join his Rodeo Rig. I really enjoyed the time we spent together. Mark was a cowboy to the core and a great example of a family man and a friend. We will miss you my friend! God's Speed!

Dear Family,
I worked, taught, played, and loved Mark Parker. He taught me many things while teaching us about rodeo and how much he loved the sport. Mark loved his family and and he was proud to talk about their activities and accomplishments in his humble way. Enjoying our Friday Grove sandwiches at Kearns! So many fun times. God bless you Mark! Gods speed,

I was very sad to hear of Mark‘s passing. There are so many childhood memories with him as a cousin I can’t begin to retail them all. Probably my favorite was a ride on the back of silver, Mark said we didn’t need the bridle, so off we rode riding double with him in the front holding onto the mane. When we got to the “up and down“ by the pasture hill, we both went down, and the next thing I knew I was at the bottom of the “down” looking up at him, still perched on Silver at the top of the “up”. He couldn’t figure out how I fell off. I know Mark will be missed by many people, especially his family; Aunt Beth, Carrie, Jill, his wife and children, as well as niece and nephews. I pray for comfort and peace at this time of sadness.

May the wonderful memories of Mark offer peace and comfort to all family and friends ! I’m honored to have the memories that Mark and I are blessed with. Our friendship began with college rodeo and continued throughout our lives. Mark is a great example of a fine man that I am extremely proud to call a friend. I am very thankful that over the last couple years Mark and I took the time to reconnect enjoying several lunches and conversation when I traveled to SLC. As an result of these conversations I’m very pleased to know how happy Mark was with where he and his family were in life!!! Mark will definitely be missed on this earthly life, RIP my friend.

I spent many hours at the Parker home, hanging out with Carrie. Watching scary movies on Saturday night, while eating Black Cherry Jello powder from the box. Horse rides. Playing out in the fields, and the forbidden swim in the Jordan River. I always felt welcomed there. I have so many fond memories with the Parker's. From Carrie's cherished friendship, Beth's delicious meals, Ross' endless jokes, Mark's fun teasing, and Jill's beautiful smile. I send my sincere sympathies and my love to all of you!

I have fond memories of shooting hoops with Mark and Ross in the backyard of their Bennion home......every once in awhile Carrie would come out and beautify the entire area! Good times.....
