Martha Kramer Obituary
Martha was born on May 24, 1927, the daughter of August and Agnes (Styndl) Borchert in Blooming Prairie.
Martha first saw her future husband, Leonard, at her dad's farm auction. Richard and June Trom later introduced them. They were later married on June 20, 1948.
Martha and Lenny loved dancing at the Terp in Austin, the Monterey in Owatonna and Zeiners in Bixby. Martha enjoyed woodworking, antiquing, garage sales, sewing and gardening.
Martha is survived by her children, Annette (Richard) Wolf of St. Cloud, Minn., John Kramer of Hayfield, Nancy (Tom) Bartlewski of Red Wing, Sharon (Ted) Nelson of Kimberly, Wis., Mary (Raughn) Oakland of Brownsdale, Kathy (Don) Gerhart of Rochester, Larry (Christina) Kramer of Shakopee, Minn., and David (friend, Andrea) Kramer of Hayfield; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard; and seven sisters.
The memorial service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, at First Presbyterian Church, 109 Main Street East in Hayfield, with the Rev. Kirk Johnston officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Hayfield is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to the First Presbyterian Church.

Martha will always have a special place in my heart, growing up I was at the Kramer house almost as much as my own, hanging out with Nancy. Martha always welcomed me in like one of her own.
