Paul DuPuy Obituary
ROANOKE, VA-Paul H. DuPuy, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away May 28, 2022 at Roanoke Carilion
Hospital surrounded by his family. He was a graduate of Portsmouth High School, class
of 1964 and a graduate of Ohio University class of 1968. He married his wife, Rhonda
Kuhn in 1969.
Paul served in the United States Army and was stationed in Heidelberg, Germany.
He retired from Norfolk Southern Railway as an Environmental Engineer in 2007.
In addition to his wife,he is survived by two sons, Christopher (Mallory) of Raleigh, North
Carolina and Joshua (Sara) of Parker, Colorado; two grandsons, Jack DuPuy of Parker,
Colorado, Oscar DuPuy of Raleigh, North Carolina and granddaughter, Elliott Marie DuPuy
of Parker, Colorado.
Also surviving are two sisters Laura Sparks (Steve) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Karen DuPuy of
Portsmouth; one brother, John DuPuy (Greta) of Portsmouth.
A celebration of Paul's life was held in Roanoke, Virginia.
