The world has lost a great man , Perry Arkis, but it is heavens gain. My first thought was such great sadness, then I felt happiness that he is reunited with his beloved son Perry. I can hear the joy in heaven .The two of them were beautiful, loving people and wherever they went they brought happiness to all. My memories of Perry are so wonderful. He was always so full of life and he lit up a room with his kind spirit and exuberant laugh. When we were younger he always had time to play with my brothers, sister and myself, whether it was a game of kick ball, baseball or a swim in the pool. You always felt you mattered when you were with him. He also always stuck up for us in the neighborhood against crabby neighbors and we knew if we needed him he would be there. He even touched the lives of my children and my grandson. They too knew what an outstanding man he was and is. His legacy of love will live on forever in all our hearts. We pray for the family now that God will give them all the strength they need at this difficult time. We all have a new guardian angel in heaven and his name is Mr. Perry Arkis.........With much love, Anna Randazzo and family
