Richard Henry Gerald Barron April 13, 1921 - November 3rd, 2016. Born at home on Elbow Drive on April 13 1921 to JB and Amelia Barron. Richard was the youngest of 3 brothers (William and Robert). Richard is survived by his wife Jean of 69 years, 3 daughters (Sandy, Paula and Mia) 7 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. He was predeceased by 2 daughters (Elizabeth and Ruth). Richard was a successful businessman, continuing to run and manage his father's Movie Theatres and then owning and running CJV Carpet Store. He was know as the "Movie Buff" and "Family Historian" with his love of movies and documentary programs. He loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anything and was loved by all for his sense of humour and gentle demeanour. Richard passed away peacefully on the morning of November 3rd with his wife by his side at the Rockyview General Hospital.
