This is my Great Grandfather. And he was a great man, it took me a while to write this because I still cant believe he is gone. It seems like just yesterday I was sitting at the dining table listening to my grandmother talk and grandpa in the garage smoking his cigar. Or crawling into his lap in the living room and getting my earings stuck in his sweater. I have so many memories of this great man. Most of all I appreciate him. I appreciate the fact that he was the man in my mothers life. He was the man who raised her and taught her how to be the best her. I lost a great grandfather, but she lost the only father figure she ever knew. I am sad that he is gone. And I am so sorry for your loss mom. I know they were both your everything. Im here. I love you.

There's a special place for Grandfathers deep within the heart. A place that no one else can touch, a place that's held apart. There you'll find a grandchild's love, a tender simple treasure, grateful for a Grandfather who's truly beyond measure! And that my Grandpa will always be. He is with Grandma now and probably reading the paper! I love and miss him!!!

To Tom and family: I'm sorry to hear of the
passing of your father and grandfather. I had the
pleasure of working with Tom on several occasions
and will never forget his sense of humor and his
assessment of things and people around him. He was truly one of a kind. Everyone who knew him
will miss him. Rest in peace Tom.
