I learned alot from Bob in his visits to the KSO work site in New York. I really enjoyed our conversations and his insight to not only the work we did but to leadership and life in general. I wish I had the oppportunity to spend more time with him. He was a good mentor and a great person.

Bob taught me a lot while he was here in the shipyard, mostly by example. He may not have been here these last years but his "influence" still guides the few of us oldtimers still here in Radcon. I'll always be proud to say that I knew Bob.

Please accept my condolences for your loss. I remember Bob well from my time at EB. We knew if he said it was safe to work an area, it was. We all relied on Bob and his people. May God's Grace be upn the family.

I am so thankful I had a chance to visit last year and that my boys had a chance to meet you. I will always think of Mr. Schmidt with his big joyful smile and I will cherish my memories of the times our families spent together in Ledyard. Adrianne
