Dr. Schultz was my physician for 45 years, since I was 18 years old. He saw me thru many difficult surgeries and many many preop physicals. He took on my husband George as a patient when he got sick and found out he had stage 4 colon cancer. Dr. Schultz took care of my aunt Leone Gibbons. my parents Lester and Margaret Mahnke and myself Barbara Sweesy and my husband George Sweesy. Your husband and father was a wonderful friend to me for so long. I could not have had a more compassionate doctor and friend. So many times there were phone calls and he was always so kind
and considerate. He fell in love with my yorkie Gidget. I was coming in for a preop when he got ill and he wanted me to bring her so he could hold her. I have shed many tears when I was told and since then. He was a phenomenal man and friend. The best doctor I have ever had.I am sure Jesus has him by his side as I write this. His colleagues will take over my care but I will NEVER forget him. I will ask that How Great Thou Art be dedicated to him when I go to church next time. My condolences to you for your loss. DR Schultz please know I love you for all you did and appreciate all of the kindness you showed. Gidget and Chloe(the new yorkie) send their love to your family. Also for the kind office staff you have had. They all cared deeply about you. You were the best!!!!!

Dr. Schultz cared for 3 generations of my family going back to sometime in 1960's or 1970's. He was my personal physician for nearly 40 years. Thank you Dr. Schultz for your excellent care of my family. You always treated us with great compassion and care and you will be truly missed.

Dr. Schultz was loved by all the staff at ANW Hospital. He was always so compassionate with his patient's and their families. He was so kind to the staff, always greeting us with a hello, how are you? Dr. Schultz cared for a husband and wife for many years, and to their deaths. The daughter became a doctor and told us it was because of him and his care. You will be missed but not forgotten to those many lives you touched!

I worked for Drs. Nelson & Schultz for 7 years in the 1970s. Dr. Schultz continued to care for my father until he passed away in 2006. What a kind, thoughtful, respectful, patient gentleman and great physician. My deepest sympathy to your family. May God bless you and grant you His peace.

Dr. Nelson, if I remember correctly, was my dad's doctor so many years ago, and when he retired in came Dr. Schultz. He was my dad's doctor until in died; and he was my mother's doctor and my doctor. Such a kind a gentle man. Always knew the right words. Forever patient! What a great man. I am so sorry for his loss to his family, friends and patients! God bless. Lynne Johnston

Dr. Schultz is going to be greatly missed. He was my lifelong doctor before I lost contact during his semi-retirement. A year ago I had intestinal surgery and it turned out that he shared space with my surgeon and he did my pre-surgery physical. I was so happy to see him again and, as usual, he made me so relaxed prior to the most stressful event in my life. He will be missed for his kindness, professionalism and understanding nature.
