Robert Stokley

Robert G. Stokley, known to all as "Bob," passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 76 in St. Augustine, Florida. He was born on September 6, 1946, in Dayton, Ohio, to his parents, Otis and Helen. Bob was a joyous, loving and honorable man who gave of himself to all who knew him. He was engaging and open to all people, never meeting a stranger.

Bob attended Fairview Elementary and Fairview Highschool in Dayton, Ohio, before attending Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky. After college, he served in the U.S. Army Reserves for six years, where he faithfully and happily performed his duties.
He stayed in touch throughout his life with so many school classmates and church friends, always cherishing time catching up and reminiscing.

Bob spent 45 years as a Jewelry Manufacturer's Representative, where he excelled in his beloved industry and made many lasting friendships along the way. When he wasn't working, Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, being the family grill master, and gardening. He loved all things family and made sure to prioritize them above all else.

Bob is survived by his wife, Caryn, his daughters Mandy and Crissy, his son-in-law Gene, and his beloved grandchildren Keeley, Jossi, Finn, and Jake. A family celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mayo Department of Gastroenterology Jacksonville, FL Campus, Tunnel to Towers, or the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
