Russell Harrison Obituary
He was born in Providence, RI, a son of the late Haskell and Adeline (Silva) Harrison and was raised in Rhode Island by his uncle and aunt, the late Edward and Doris Silva. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserves. He was a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and later achieved Masters Degrees from the University of New Haven in both Business and Industrial Engineering. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister and was Past President of the Pastoral Council. Mr. Harrison retired from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft after 31 years of service.
In addition to his wife Marie, he is survived by his children, Russell E. Harrison, Jr. and his wife Charlotte, Denise M. Hacku and her husband Steve, Edward L. Harrison, and David C. Harrison and his wife Sheryl; his grandchildren, Christina Osborne and her husband Scott, Karl Harrison, Katie Harrison, Deanna Harrison, David Harrison, Jr., Dillon Harrison, Timothy Harrison, James Widdecomb, Karen Zak and Amy Carpenter and her husband Jeff; his great grandchildren, Alexia Harrison, Abrielle, Bailee and Lillianna Osborne, Chloe Rivera, Owen Barringer, Jonathan Spafford, Jaidyn and Kelsey Carpenter and Amya Widdecomb; his brother, William Harrison and his wife Bette; and many nieces and nephews.
His family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Thursday, December 10, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. when the funeral cortege will proceed to Our Lady of Fatima Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford. www.wallingfordfh.com

The family were long time friends. I remember the great times we had together. I am 86 yrs. old and still living in the same place & same phone # for 56 years now. The Circle has changed many times. God be with you & Marie & your family are still missed.
