RUTH O. QUESENBERRY WILLIS-Ruth O. Quesenberry, 73 , passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2011. She was born March 4, 1937. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Quesenberry. Surviving are: sons, Justin D. Quesenberry and wife, Diane of Alum Ridge, Gerry E. Quesenberry and wife Tonya of Floyd; daughters, Patricia Q. Bolt and husband David of Willis, Lesa Q. Link and husband Jeff of Floyd. She is also survived by brothers Lacy Cox, Eldridge Cox, Payton Cox, Waitman Cox, and sister Gayle Warren. She was blessed with nine grandchildren Lorie Canada and husband Scott, Christy Duncan and husband Todd, Jessie Cooke and husband Matthew, Justin Quesenberry, Cliff Smallwood, Janessa Bolt, Jaimie Bolt, Nikki Bolt, Hayden Link and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the Indian Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Kenneth Poston and Pastor Kenneth Fogus officiating. Interment followed at Captain George Quesenberry Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends from 6 until 8 p.m. January 17, 2011 at Maberry Funeral Home. We are so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. She was such a sweet lady, who brightened the room wherever she was. God be your strength, and HE will.

Gayle, we are so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. This has to extremely difficult so soon after the passing of Noble. Just remember the good times and memories and how much you all loved each other. Hold on to that and the Lord will see you through the difficult days ahead. Love you
