Susan Jesse Pletcher

We regretfully announce the passing of Susan "Susie" Jesse Pletcher, who tragically passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 11:52 a.m. Susie was born January 29, 1947, to the late Russell and Ruby (Fowle) Prince. She married Keith R. Pletcher on May 23, 1979. She worked at Owens Corning for 37 years. After retirement, she obtained her STNA license and worked as an STNA for 5 years because she loved caring for others.

Susie spent every day with her beloved husband, Keith. Together they enjoyed traveling to Myrtle Beach, where she loved walking the beach and collecting seashells, going to the casino, and going to car shows. Susie never missed a day of playing the lottery. Susie never met a stranger. She will be forever loved and forever remembered by her family and many friends.

Susie was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby (Fowle) Prince; her father, Russell Prince; and her beloved companion Sugar Baby. Surviving is her husband, Keith R. Pletcher; Granddaughter Isabel Baldauf and her mother Dawn Baldauf(Dennis) of Houston, TX; five daughters Amista Careins (Bill) of St. Louisville, OH, Jean Athey (Fred) of Newark, Jane Pletcher of Columbus, Molly Ash (Stephon) of Silver Spring, MD , and Holly Muth (Brian) of Chillicothe, OH; many special grandchildren and greatgrandchildren; and lifelong friends Keith and Grace Lamb.

No services will take place, as the family has requested per Susie's wishes, but we do appreciate your love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. A Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
