Sybil G. Kemp 1931-2011 SAVOY Mrs. Sybil Miriam (Gould) Kemp, 79, of 67 Brier Road, Savoy, died Sunday morning, December 4, 2011, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. She was born in Westfield, on December 21, 1931, the daughter of the late Fred and Cleo (Harwood) Gould. She was a graduate of Pittsfield High School. Mrs. Kemp had worked at the former Waverly Fabrics in Adams for several years. She had been a member of the Brier Chapel in Savoy, and was a member of the Savoy Senior Citizens. She enjoyed cake decorating, sewing, woodworking and working with her computer. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Harold K. Kemp, whom she married on February 22, 1952; a daughter, Shirley Poirot and her husband, Rick, of Adams; three Grandchildren, Jeremy Tetreault and his wife, Kori; Leah Tetreault and Angela Tetreault; and two Great Grandchildren, Gavin and Trey Tetreault. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in the spring in Spruce Corner Cemetery, Savoy. There are no calling hours.
