Thomas Linder Obituary
He graduated from Ridley High School in 1959. He was a retired electrician from local 654 IBEW. He enjoyed many years as an active member of the West End Boat Club where he served as a club officer. Some of his greatest joy came from spending leisure time in his sunroom, giving treats to neighborhood dogs passing by, as well as spending time with family, winter trips to Vero Beach, FL with his brother Jerry, and Friday lunches at the local VFW post 4845 while enjoying a cold Coors Light. He loved tending to his flowers and vegetable garden, as well as his bird feeders. He was very quick witted, loved to laugh, and enjoyed bringing a smile to everyone's face. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 10:30am-11:00am, followed by the memorial service, 11:15 am at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church on Fairview Rd. Swarthmore, PA.

Nancy:
I wrote earlier but don't see my memory posted! I used an old nickname that Tom used to call me, so maybe they didn't like it.
Anyway, I live in CA now and just heard about Tom's passing. I was so sorry to hear that. I know that the two of you were together for years and I offer my sincerest condolences. I heard that Tom was very sick for the last several months and that you were devoted to caring for him. You always had a kind soul!
Tom will be missed by many of his friends and family. I will say prayers for all of you.

Nancy,
Shawn and I are so sad to hear of Tom's passing. He was a really wonderful man and a good friend! I know that the two of you shared many great times together and we admire how hard you worked to make him comfortable in his final days. We will miss hanging out with the two of you and will keep both of you in our prayers. Take comfort in knowing that he is no longer in pain.

Dear Nancy,
What can I say but only how sorry I am about the loss of Tom. I have such fond memories of us dining at our favorite spot (C). I know Tom was very sick this past year but you never wavered and continued to be a wonderful caregiver. I pray for you and hope your grief is diminished by the happy memories of the time you shared with Tom. I know this is a huge loss for you and your family and I will continue to pray for you.
