Victor Frazier, Jr. Obituary
Victor is survived by his wife, Eunice G. Franklin Frazier, his son Victor David Frazier, his daughters Valerie Alicia Frazier and Vickie Frazier Bradford, his nephew Lester Best, and his grandchildren Jaylen, Briona, Maleah, Aylee, Khloe, and Micah.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Alice Williams.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Midtown Church of Christ, 5901 N. Main Street, Victoria, TX. Interment to follow at Sapenter Cemetery, Goliad, TX. To leave a comforting message, or to share a fond memory, please visit www.gracefuneralhome.net.

Dr. Frazier was an amazing man. If not for him I would have missed my calling as a Therapist. I lost contact with him a while back but always thought of him. He asked me to do a sermon once in his church in San Antonio. It was a positive significant emotional experience for me. I look forward to seeing him again.

I met Dr. Victor Frazier, Principal at West Oso ISD. Dr. Frazier hired me on the spot after I interviewed for a teaching position, Special Education. Dr. Frazier was an encouraging person. I was not aware of his celebration of life until today January 21, 2025. To Dr. Frazier's family, may our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ bless and keep you forevermore.
