BALL Walter Ball Truck driver, Army vet, 77 Walter Ball, 77, of Millburn died on Tuesday, April 16, 2007, at home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, on Saturday, April 21, at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Born in Newark, Mr. Ball lived in South Plainfield and Piscataway for two years before moving to Millburn 20 years ago. He was a truck driver for Baron Trucking in Newark from 1979 to 1994, when he retired. Mr. Ball served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of the Elks Lodge in Livingston. Mr. Ball was the beloved husband of the late Kathleen Carroll Ball; devoted brother of Olga Ryan, Peter Ball, Theresa Mongrello, the late Max A. Ball and William Ball. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
