Waltraud Westphal Obituary
She was born on February 14, 1932 in Braunschweig, Germany to Karl and Erika (Heisse) Lillig. She married Karl Westphal on May 26, 1950 in Germany. She and her husband moved to Corning in 1956 and was predeceased by him on May 3, 2003.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary (Max) Yerkes of Corning and Veronika Bedient of St. Charles, MD; son, Joachim Westphal of Corning; granddaughter, Erika Bedient of St. Charles, MD.
Private graveside services will be held at Hope Cemetery in Corning.
Waltraud's family entrusted her care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
