I have a lot of wonderful memories going to the cape with Dennis and Joe or Tommy. We were always welcomed by the family who were usually entertaining all the neighborhood kids.Mrs Frazier made sure we were all fed while Mr Frazier made sure we had a place to sleep when we popped in unannounced. The Fraziers are a warm and loving family and Mr Frazier will be missed

We were all family growing up in the close knit "circle". It was a lot of fun with so many kids in the neighborhood. But what made it special as I look back were the hard working parents that we all had and no worked harder that Mr. Frazier. Yet he always made time to stop and talk to you to see how you were doing. He will be missed.

To the Frazier family, I am so sorry for your loss. I know each of you tried your best to keep Bill going. May you find peace and some comfort in knowing that there is no more pain. I am sure you have great memories of special occasions and everyday things that will bring an immediate smile to your face.
Bill will be warmly remembered and after being a neighbor for over 50 years it's safe to say Swifts Beach will not be the same! You are in my prayers and thoughts at this most difficult time...

I am deeply saddened by Bill’s passing. As Cambridge Commissioner of Public Works in the late ‘80s, I had the honor to appoint Bill to head the Waste Disposal Division which he administered with great personal responsibility in both operations and public relations. Although I left Cambridge in 1990 we remained close friends throughout our careers. On one of my last visits with Bill he presented me with a signed picture of his beloved USCG ship “The Cambell” which hangs prominently in my study. He was remarkable in his unswerving devotion to family, work, country and friends. In the Canterbury Tales, the English writer , Chaucer , tells the story of a stalwart Knight, concluding that “He was a verray, parfit gentil knyght!” It is a summation that can also be said of Bill Frazier. Peace to you, dear friend.

"Whatchaz doing kid"-always looked forward to that line as Mr Frazier returned home from work. Always a huge smile, great attitude toward life and a genuine interest in us neighborhood kids. Dennis I know you had a special bond with your Dad as his youngest but he was truly a role model for being a father, husband and a great neighbor. I wish that most of these days are spent cherishing the many fond memories you all have for him and I wish I could be there to celebrate a life well lived.

To the Frazier Family:
Please accept our deepest sympathies at Bill's passing. He was truly one of the great guys and a good friend.
Cambridge was well served by all of Bill's efforts and the building at DPW proudly bears his name.
You are in our thoughts and prayers and will continue to be so in the days and weeks to come.
Sincerely,
Walter and Michael Sullivan
