WILLIAM JACOB ORTMAN On Thursday, April 16, 2009, Bill Ortman, late of Regina, passed away suddenly at the age of 67 years. Bill was born on March 2, 1942 in Khedive, SK to Peter and Elizabeth Ortmann. Predeceased by his parents, Peter and Elizabeth (Dreher); brothers-in-law, Elwin Carter, Gene Kerowatski; sister-in-law, Joyce Ortman; and father-in-law, Fred Hill, Bill is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Evelyn; sons, Larry (Shauna) and their children, Travis, Ryley, Reegan, Brayden of Gray, SK, Brent and his children Joshua and Diego; sisters, Theresa Carter (Lloyd Fisher) of Weyburn, Agnes Kerowatski of Regina; brothers, Adam, Joe (Fran), both of Weyburn; mother-in-law, Dorothy Hill of Weyburn; brothers-in-law, Ernie (Betty) Hill of Vulcan, AB, Leslie (Marg) Hill of Weyburn; sister-in-law, Judy (Dwight) Perkin of Okotoks, AB; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bill enjoyed RVing and was an avid reader. He was also a lifelong Roughrider fan. Most of all, Bill loved spending time with his six grandsons. The family would like to thank the First Responders, EMS Paramedics and Dr. Radford and the caring staff at the Regina General Hospital Emergency Department. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Heritage Alliance Church, 3575 Hillsdale Street. Interment to follow at a later date in Weyburn. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Regina Branch, 1545C McAra Street, Regina S4N 6H4. Dear Evelyn, Larry and families,

It was so nice to reaquaint ourselves when we purchased our motor home from Village RV a few years ago. It has been a long time since we all lived in Melville!
