Travis Mosley Obituary
TRAVIS MOSLEY
LIMA — Travis G. Mosley, 44, of 3320 Danny Drive, Lima, Ohio, died suddenly at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at Saint Ritas Medical Center, Lima.
He was born December 8, 1969, in Saint Marys, the son of Gary and Georgia (Rice) Mosley, and they survive in Lima.
He married Deborah Gullett on November 16, 2002, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his three young daughters: Paige Mosley; Lily Mosley and Julia Mosley, all at home; by his siblings: Joseph "Scott" (Wanda) Mosley of Lima; Gary "Billy" (Keena) Mosley of Lima; Latessa Mosley of Vandalia, Ohio; by his mother-in-law, Jo Ann Gullett of Roundhead, Ohio; by his maternal grandmother, Betty Rice of Lima.
Travis was a 1988 graduate of Bath High School. He was employed at Veyance Corporation in Saint Marys. He attended the Garden of Love Old Regular Baptist Church in Saint Marys. He was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Kentucky Wildcat basketball team and Ohio State University football team. He enjoyed collecting comic books, reading, listening to country music and watching professional wrestling. He will be remembered as a very dedicated and loving father.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Sunday, February 2, 2014, at the Garden of Love Old Regular Baptist Church on Glynwood-New Knoxville road in Saint Marys, with the church ministers presiding. Burial rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday at Lima Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Friday, and from 12:00 noon until 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Ohio. Friends may also call one hour prior to the funeral rites on Sunday at the church. Condolences may be sent to Travis's family via Millerfuneralhomes.net

It's still so hard to believe he is gone. I think the reason we got along was because he had the same dry wit that I do. I will miss his sarcastic remarks given with a sweet smile. Even when he slammed you, you had to take it with a grain of salt because of the look on his face when he said it. He was truly one of a kind. We are blessed to have had him as long as we did.

This is Travis s mother. I don't do face book but I hope this can travel as the love did that we felt from every one . This has broke our hearts as nothing ever has. We know our loss is heavens gain. The world lost a heart so full of love and trust that they would not begin to understand. He did not know how to mistrust. A wonderful son , brother, and dad. He is resting from his heavy labor. I am sadden by the passing of my friend. He was one of the most honest and sincere people I knew. If our jobs on this earth is to impact people in a positive way then Travis has did his job many times over. It breaks my heart that his daughters did not have more time knowing the type of person he was.
